Full Pockets

I was pickpocketing from Master Farmers today, and I found myself thinking; How do the Master Farmers carry around all of those seeds in their pockets? Do they, like us, have '28 inventory spaces', or is there just some engine that generates a random seed in the game and places it in his pockets for players to 'pick'? I find it annoying how you'll be on a roll, but you're getting terrible seeds that you don't care about, so what's the point? Sure, the thieving exp is nothing to sneeze at, but still, I like to do something with some other diversion, like what seeds you get. But if you don't farm, or are getting bad seeds, why bother?
